This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to a visitors or members use of our services available under the domain name and sub-domains of TeachersDirectory.com.
By joining TeachersDirectory.com you user/member agree to the following terms and conditions. TeachersDirectory.com may revise these terms at any time, at our sole discretion by updating this page without notice. By using this service you agree with all the terms and conditions and all revisions thereof. You must read, agree and accept all the terms and conditions in this Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy before you become a member of the TeachersDirectory.com or use our services.
TeachersDirectory.com offers a website in which visitors are able to find music, art, dance, voice and drama teachers and/or talent for hire. TeachersDirectory.com is not involved with the actual transaction between the user/visitor and our members. TeachersDirectory.com has no control over the quality, safety and legality of what is listed or promised by our members. Therefore TeachersDirectory.com is not responsible for any legal matters arising from errors or misinformation that may be included in the profiles of our members. We make no guarantees that the functions or the services provided by or through TeachersDirectory.com will be error free or without defects. Therefore TeachersDirectory.com shall not be liable to any user or anyone else for inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause or any damages resulting therefrom.
TeachersDirectory.com is a membership-based web-site, proprietary network for independent teachers and is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis.
TeachersDirectory.com does not guarantee that members will obtain students or performing opportunities from this service. TeachersDirectory.com is a membership-based service and does not guarantee any specific positions due to members being added and removed, order and search results may vary.
Photos submitted for a Feature Listing must be approved by TeachersDirectory.com before uploading. No inappropriate or offensive materials will be accepted. Submitter guarantees photo submitted is of said teacher and TeachersDirectory.com will not be held responsible for any photos uploaded that is not of true representation of teacher.
You agree to NOT hold TeachersDirectory.com responsible for any injury, claim, or fees made by you or any third party due to your breach of this agreement. Membership fees are NOT refundable.
Members are required to display their legal names and not upload misleading or false information.
No music stores or music studios may list on TeachersDirectory.com. Our services are intended to help individual teachers have the opportunity to acquire potential students.
Members are required to display information designated by specific database field instructions. Members will not be permitted to display address of location of lessons, classes, group classes or studios. City or Cities where teachers provide services in may be listed only.
A member may choose at any time not to list their phone number(s) and/or email address. At no time will an email address be listed for public use to avoid spammers.
TeachersDirectory.com reserves the right to refuse membership and/or cancel subscription at its discretion, including if TeachersDirectory.com believes the member's conduct violated applicable law, discriminates, viewed as abusive, indecent or obscene, is in breach of any copyright or privacy agreement or is detrimental to the interest of TeachersDirectory.com. We request that members exercise self-government and fare practices to help maintain the integrity of services provided on TeachersDirectory.com.
Membership for a Standard Listing is $34.95 and and Membership for a Featured Listing is $89.95. Members must provide their name, skill and state where their listing is to be properly identified and removed.
Members contributing materials on any TeachersDirectory.com web-page both for public and private use do so at their own discretion and are responsible for the content of said material. TeachersDirectory.com has no responsibility for the content of any messages or information posted by users, or for the content of information of third-parties on the Internet, even if accessed through TeachersDirectory.com's pages.
TeachersDirectory.com retains the right, in its sole discretion, to delete from the site any material which we deem to be inappropriate.
TeachersDirectory.com reserves the right to modify member profiles to meet the terms of this agreement.
Membership fees are paid via our merchant processing service, PayPal. Membership may also may be paid via check and mailed to
